Abhyanga Oil

Ghee
Ghee has been used in India and Ayurveda for centuries due to its amazing health benefits and its ability to withstand high temperatures and still remain unchanged. Ghee is considered by Ayurveda to be a vital food for good digestion, healthy skin, mental clarity and lubrication of the body's connective tissue. Ghee pacifies vata and pitta and is acceptable for kapha in moderation. Ingredients: organic clarified unsalted butter.

Rose Face Cream
This is the most pure nourishment you can love your face with. Luxurious and ultra whipped for the delicate facial area, with a hint of rose fragrance. Organic Split Mung Dahl (beans)
Mung beans are one of the most cherished foods in Ayurveda. They are tridoshic, which means they are balancing to all three doshas (energetic forces), especially when cooked with appropriate spices. They are very nourishing, while being relatively easy to digest. Unlike many other larger beans, they do not generally create abdominal gas or bloating. In Ayurvedic cooking, they are used whole or, more commonly, split and hulled. Mung beans are also a good source of dietary fiber. Organic. 2 pounds, $8.50.
